• Do all orders qualify for free shipping?
Subkuch India offers free shipping for some products. Based on Weight and Quantity of products, shipping charges may differ on weight and volume of product.
• What is the return policy of Subkuch India?
ONLY ONE EXCHANGE for Damage products NO REFUNDS. Exchange is done only to defective clothing products and Damaged products
All return goods should be shipped to USA address, please fill order and return forms we will guide you in the process.
On our website, we do not exchange or accept returns if the customer has asked for modification to the garment.
No Exchange is allowed for Perishable goods, Food items, Return Gifts, Wedding Items, Decorations, Handicrafts, etc., with exception damaged items we will exchange with the right piece.
EXCHANGE Is done only one time.
We do not guarantee the availability of same defualt products on your exchange order. Please choose any item at same price, category and vendor and send the product details in Order and return forms we will guide you the process.. We will mail the exchange product directly to you.
Please send us an email with details, order number and reason for exchange. If the product is damaged, please attach pictures.
For custom products or expensive products, please make sure you get the right choice or fit before you make custom changes.
No EXCHANGE for customized products, please fill order and return forms we will guide you the process if we can help anyway.
Subkuch India is trying its best for all products from India to be available to NRIs. We would like all NRI’s to feel like home with Subkuch India. A lot of effort is going into making our brand a one-stop-shop for everything. Returns/Refunds back to vendors in India are quite a hassle. But our vendors agreed to exchange products in the same categories with the same vendor as long as the price matches for Damage or Default products.
We would be glad to deliver the best products that suit your needs.
• Will the return shipping address be in the US?
Yes. All return goods should be shipped to USA address. , please fill order and return forms, we will guide you in the process.
• Food items or Herbal products are approved by FDA?
Not all items are FDA approved…Any sweets or Food orders, shipment is done by express order, but in case if in transit is sweets get spoiled, Subkuch India is not responsible.
Subkuch India is not responsible for any Herbal products did not work as expected or had side effects,
• Can I cancel the order before shipment?
Yes. If you cancel orders within 24 hours, you would get a full refund. But if the cancellation happens later than 24 hours, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team would work with you depending on the stage of shipping of products.
• When will I get the refund?
Refund is only when the cancel order is placed before 24 hours, and before shipment is done. All other cases will be considered as Exchange Orders. EXCHANGE Is done only one time.
Refund time is between 7-10 days.
• How long does it take for shipping?
Please check the product for shipping estimate. Each product has different shipping Time.
If products are from different vendors, each product will ship based on the shipping estimate.
